Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged, defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom orders

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days, minus the return shipping cost.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
